He was born in a Gujrati Jain Family to, Shantaben & Shantilal Adani who had migrated town of Tharad in Northern Gujrat in a search of livehood. Adani has seven siblings the eldest being Mansukhbhai Adani Gautam is married to Priti Adani who is dentist and heads Adani Foundation as a managing Trustee.
